How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–16 business days in the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free standard shipping on every US order.

Where do you ship from?

We work with partner warehouses in the US and overseas. Each order ships from the location that can get it to you fastest, so some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we only ship within the United States.

How do I pick the right size?

Check the size chart on each product page. Measure your pet's back length (neck to base of tail) and chest at the widest part. If they're between sizes, go one size up.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Email support@snapawz.com with your order number first — please don't send items back without contacting us.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

So sorry! Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Is this product safe for my pet?

Always supervise your pet when using any new product, and check the size guide for a good fit. Our products are fun accessories, not medical or safety devices.
