Shipping Policy

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–16 business days after shipping. During busy periods (Black Friday through the holidays), delivery can take a few extra days.

Multiple packages
Orders with several items may ship separately from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.

Shipping area
We currently ship to the 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes for some items, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US at this time.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@snapawz.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
